Best I can do to help you is
http://slackware.com/install/
Its really not that complicated after you do it once. If I can remeber right (been awhile since I went through the install process). Just boot up with the cd's, hit enter when it asks, run cfdisk (or fdisk if you like pure command line) to setup your partitions, then type 'setup' and set the target to install and the swap if you have it, then select source and that should give you 4 options to install from (cd and then do auto). After that it should give you the list and check what package sets you want installed. Choose the Install you want (full usually is a good choice) and then it should take you through the configure process which is basically just using netconfig, setting up LILO, asking for a root password and the kernel to use.
Hope thats a help.
