!!!help Needed Urgently!!!

i downloaded the slackware 10.2 zip files and extracted them into a folder , i tried to make the bootable cd but it gave an error saying that the image does not conform to iso 9660 format and also gave a pathspec error , then i noticed that i had not downloaded the patches directory.
i removed the code saying "-x ./patches" and tried again but still get the same error message.

please tell me a way to get around this problem.
(also , i do not have a floppy drive).

You need to download the files ending in .iso, not .zip. Then burn it as an ISO file.

btw, please use a more descriptive topic next time
