IGNORE PROB SOLVED: hanging up in addswap

hi,

installing slackware for the first time. using 10.2.

keeping it simple for now and just made two partitions for linux on my laptop (which already has windows xp on it). i made a 1280 MB swap partition and then went into "addswap". it has no been hung up on "formatting swap partition" for about 20 minutes. somehow i think that's not right. any ideas?

thanks,
luke

edit - nevermind. just finished. i guess it does just take a while. sorry. mods, please feel free to delete this post.
