Create_multipartboot.sh script returns: "Parameter not set"

Edit: I'm just going to wait until the next Ubuntu release.

Running an Ubuntu based distro on an Eee 901, want to switch to Slack, but I have encountered a problem.

When I run "sudo SLACKROOT=/mnt sh create_multipartboot.sh 7300" it spits out: "create_multipartboot.sh: 133: LINENO: parameter not set" when I try and create the usbhd.img that I will (hopefully) put on my SDHC card.

df and mtab show that slackware is loopback-mounted under /mnt, and ms-sys is installed and yet there is still no usbhd.img created in /tmp/slackboot.

You can not run the script on Ubuntu. It is a braindead distro and I am not going to debug the issues it has with the script (hint - use "bash" instead of "sh" - that may already help).
Try running it on Slackware or one of it's derivatives.
