crc

I just installed Slackware 9.1. I rebooted as instructed, but now when I boot I get a crc error and the Kernal loading terminates. When I try to boot from CD, I get the exact same error. Help?

Can you post the exact and complete error message and what came before it?

Well, nothing came before it, and I did post the exact error. Anyway, after some tinkering in my BIOS, it seems that my BIOS had some Win95 setting or something enabled. I disabled that and all works.
