10.1 and tcpdump

I just installed a couple of 10.1 boxes and noticed the same problem on both. If I run tcpdump, I get output for about 2-3 seconds, then it just stops. I get a few more lines of output every once in a while, and if I hit ctrl-c to stop tcpdump, it just hangs and I have to kill the ssh session.

Has anyone else seen this?
