Thumbs up Slackware ARM on a Raspberry Pi (1) - updated

http://rpi.fatdog.nl & http://rpi.fatdog.eu

The SARPi installer and packages have been updated, and are using kernel 4.4.19. The SARPi guide has also been updated to reflect that Slackware ARM 14.1 is now end of life (EOL) and 14.2 is the only officially supported version of Slackware ARM you can install on the Raspberry Pi (1). Some of the screenshots need updating from 14.1 to 14.2 but thatīs only aesthetics. The installer and packages have been tested on a Raspberry Pi model B Rev2 and found to be working as expected.

Iīve said recently that I wouldnīt be updating the SARPi website, but I had some time to kill and needed a distraction. So, yes. I am guilty of changing my mind. I hope some of you are still running RPi1s because this SARPi update took more time and effort to complete than the updates to SARPi2 & SARPi3 combined.

Have a wonderful Slackware ARM on a Raspberry Pi experience with it!
