XMMS .shn plugin error

Tried installed .shn plugin for XMMS 1.2.9 from this webpage

Install from source went ok and tried to use some audio files, but I have had no luck.

Can anyone offer some advise on how to troubleshoot?

thanks

I'm surprised you got as far as you did. The fink project is for unix software that's ported to OS X!

Enjoy!

I did more research and got a different plugin from here

Installed from source, and now I can see the .shn files when using
xmms, but still cannot play them.

Is anyone else using .shn files?

thanks
