XForms engine for Slack 13 64bit - suggestion

Can anyone suggest me a XForm engine for Slack 13 64 bit? I have the XML schema and need to automate the process of filling in the blanks. I heard that M$ has something called InfoPath, that reads the XML schema and produces a GUI output. Thank you pals!
