X.org AltGR key problem

I have Compaq USB keyboard attached to my regular PC. I use Slackware 10. The keyboard layout is estonian. The problem is, that in X the AltGR key (right alt) is not working. It works u nder console and obviously on other platforms. I have tried to add options "RihghtAlt" "ModeShift" to xorg.conf file but no luck. Also tried different layouts (English US) but still nothing. So, how can I make this key working? without this key, I don't have two most important keys: '@' and '|'.

Thanks
Wigry

Sorry about the typo in the previous post. The config line in xorg.conf was:

Options "RightAlt" "ModeShift"

The line did the trick with XFree86 4.3, but not under Xorg

Thanks

I would try Option "XkbModel" "pc105" (if you have the 2 'windows' keys + a 'menu' key) or
"XkbModel" "pc103"

Previously I upgraded slack 9.1 to get to 10.0. After I made a clean install of 10.0, the problem vanished. So problem solved
