[SOLVED] Why is this still 32-bit then?

So, another awesome release - however I actually expected one thing to be available yet to my chagrin it is still not. Why is there still an only 32-bit slackbuild for Google Earth?

You would think by now there would be a 64-bit slackbuild by now. I don't get it.

Inb4 - do it yourself - I tried modifying the slackbuild myself, doesn't work.....

So basically, are we EVER going to get a proper 64-bit Google Earth, or not? Seems kinda inconvenient at this point and time.

Fair enough except why does google have '64-bit' Debian and RPM packages? Or a they some form a 32-bit program with a 64-bit wrapper?

Good grief.

There's a full 64 bit Google Earth available for linux. I've posted about it here.

There's some stuff that it won't do (like show pictures) and I've had it crash when starting, but I've been using it on my 64 slack installations.
