Why does slackware come with cpan2dist but without CPANPLUS::Dist::Slackware?

I mean, it's reasonable to expect that a Slackware person would want to create a slackware package for a perl module.

It can easily be installed afterwards using http://slackbuilds.org/perl/perl-CPA...ist-Slackware/

But I agree, you could ask Pat to add this to the next release of Slackware since it would simplify the packaging of 3rd party Perl modules a great deal.

Ah. I should have looked in the 14.0 SBo Git repo. :banghead:

Hmm. In fact, I should have whined about it when 13.37 came out since cpan2dist was part of 13.37 too. (But I didn't have to do Perl development at work until very recently. Good God, was I fortunate back then.)
