Ahora ya no tengo ninguno. Lo que digo es que siempre una de las maquinas manda mas que la otra, me parece, en una LAN, y yo pensaba que eran todas iguales.

Pero en tu primer mensaje, donde pones el resultado de ifconfig y el de ping, donde ves el inconveniente? Al final tenias un problema de configuración de IP.

El problema lo resolvi cuando, en /etc/hosts, en vez de poner mi propio ip puse el de la otra maquina. Ahi salio andando. Pero nunca nadie me habia dicho que habia que hacerlo asi.

The problem was solved when, in /etc/hosts, instead of putting my own ip I put that of the other machine.

Che viejo. Habla en ingles que nos van a cagar a palos.
