What web browser do you prefer to use with KDE?
Firefox doesn't seem to integrate very well with KDE, so I'm looking for something better.

If you want integration, use KDE's Konqueror.

So I was wondering if there was something else for KDE |

Konquerer is tops for KDE integration, but personally I use firefox out of old habit, and with running a KDE theme on Firefox, I really don't miss anything integrationwise or otherwise.. -y1 |

Also see if your current settings in Settings->Load Profile are Tabbed Browsing or Web Browsing instead of Simple Browser. And save your profile back to it once you've added the Tab bar or other toolbars.

I'd use Konqueror but Flash never works consistently with it.
Steve, what do you mean Firefox doesn't integrate well with KDE? If it is the look, then use Gtk-Qt-Engine: http://slackbuilds.org/repository/12...gtk-qt-engine/ |
try opera
|
Right now I use FF 3.0.5, Opera 9.63 and Seamonkey 1.1.14.
|
I use Seamonkey all the time. There are a few flash video sites that always refuse to go into full screen mode in Seamonkey. Firefox and Opera. The only browser that works with these is I.E. unfortunately. Watching a movie in a small window on the monitor is not the most satisfying of experiences !

I'm used to being able to open a new tab by middle-clicking in firefox and I guess I assumed there was not tabs when middle-clicking didn't open a new tab in Konqueror |

If you right-click the video, choose flashplayer settings, and disable hardware acceleration it should fix it. It did for me anyway |

Firefox just doesn't look or feel like it belongs in KDE, plus things like Kprinter don't work with it. (or at least they didn't) |
