what does RFA mean?

rfa = remote file access server
It is port 4672 on udp and tcp.

Your output really means this:

DNAT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:4672 to:192.168.0.2
DNAT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpts:4661:4672 to:192.168.0.2

If you look in /etc/services you can see what other abbreviations and aliases for port numbers are.
