weird apache problem on slackware

My system time is correctly set through ntpd and is in EET.
My apache time (through php scripts, or apache logs) is in UTC.

How can this be solved?

Your system time should *always* be set to UTC, especially if you use ntpd.
(NTP uses UTC as reference time)
