vmware installation


hiya ppl
i hvae downlo0aded both tgz n rpm file for vmware n installed the rpm cuz tgz was difficult for me to install thats y now that i want to configure vmware to activate it when i type vmware-comfig.pl in tereminal under su i get this error plz help

try this:

rm -Rf /etc/vmwar*


mkdir /etc/rc{0,1,2,3,4,5,6}.d


and then reinstall vmware and when it asks U for the place where rc is U should answer /etc
