Virtualbox: weird noise from a webcam microphone

Hello people,
i ran into the following problem.
I managed to install VBox on my Slackware64 13 and on it Slackware32 13. Managed to get Vbox use alsa and recognize my usb webcam. Now the webcam video works fine but the sound is terrible. Something like a very short and noisy buzzzz. Thats all i can get.At first i though is only skype but then I tried the following:

used arecord on my Slack64:

arecord -D hw:1,0 -c 1 -f S16_LE -v test.wav

- hw:1,0 is my webcam in - cat /proc/asound/cards

I can play the test.wav with mplayer.

Then i tried the same command in my Slack32 inside Vbox and i got that nice buzzzz sound. So the problem is general.

The sound output works fine. No problem there.

The cam inside VBox is recognized as i can see it with - cat /proc/asound/cards. I can see my sound card device 0 and the usb cam device 1.

Can someone help me with this problem.
Thank you.
