Video Game : Widelands installation trouble


Hello,

i wanted to install widelands on my slackware box but the auto installer print an error message :

./widelands: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

i'm a bit dazed cause this lib is installed, may be a link problem but how can i fix that please ?

Cheers in advance for any answers

ps : my system is running kernel 2.4.31 and is fully updated

check /lib for the library, or a similar one. If there is a similar one, symlink it to libstdc++.so.6 with:

ln -s (name here) libstdc++.so.6


I've done this a few times for Quake III and similar and it seems to work Okay.
