user kublador cannot access the internet but root can.. why?


user kublador cannot access the internet but root can.. why?
how can i make all users access the internet? im using slackware 10 with a dialup connection..
this is a sample output...

> whoami
kublador
> ping www.google.com

however.. i can ping the ip address of google if i am user kublador.. how can i set the name server of users? i am sure that my /etc/resolv.conf have the appropriate values for my isp..

user kublador:
ping 216.239.39.147 = ok
ping www.google.com = not ok

root
ping 216.239.39.147 = ok
ping www.google.com = ok

everything is working again now.. i just relogged in user kublador..
