USB mouse scrolling doesn't work in 2.6.15 uhci - ohci

Hi!

I have changed to USB Optical mouse, but can't get the scrolling wheel to work. Here are the options that I have in my .config file:

Code:
CONFIG_INPUT_MOUSE=y

All the USB options that have 'y' (I don't use modules):

CONFIG_USB_ARCH_HAS_HCD=y

CONFIG_USB_ARCH_HAS_OHCI=y
CONFIG_USB=y
CONFIG_USB_DEVICES=y

CONFIG_USB_UHCI_HCD=y

CONFIG_USB_HID=y
CONFIG_USB_HIDINPUT=y
Do I have too much enabled?
I have VIA UHCI USB 1.1. Can it be because I have CONFIG_USB_ARCH_HAS_HCD=y and CONFIG_USB_ARCH_HAS_OHCI=y set to 'y' when I should only use UHCI?

Thanks

It's more likely to be an xorg.conf issue I would think than a kernel module.

try to add line
Code:
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
in your xorg.conf in your mouse section

Yes, it was the xorg.conf. I added Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" and the scrolling works.
