Somethings wrong again. My monitor will shut-off in about 20-30 seconds when I'm not using the mouse. Is the "Offtime" "20" in seconds or minutes (just to make sure)?

Also, the 'offtime' feature shuts-off when I'm watching a movie file. Does the 'offtime' feature only correspond with the mouse? because it seems only when I'm moving the mouse, the monitor won't shut-off.
