Tooltips are black-on-black

Okay, this one is silly but annoying just the same:

When I mouse-over and icon and a tooltip is displayed I just get a black box. I can't find the setting anywhere.

go thru all the menus of KDE control center till you find the one
that changes the text color of the tooltips........
it is there I know, but you have to find it for yourself

I did go through all the menus. No biggie, I'm going back to Mandrake anyway.

Well,

I have the same problem also but cant figured it out. Gone thru all options of KDE and made searches but got no result. Does anyone knows where can I set the color of tooltips? Its black on black and I cannot see !!!
