Lightbulb /tmp


Hi there!

I have one question. All stuff in /tmp can be fully deleted or not?

Hi

In order....

Yes, all the file in /tmp should be deleteable but some applications use it for lock files etc. The only time it's truely safe to delete all files is at boot time before run level 4 or 5.

Usually in the user's home directory.
