Thunderbird update re-enables disabled Lightning

Just in case some of you were pissed off with this behavior and don't know what is happening, explanation here.

Hm, it's rather strange because as I understood updates mustn't change anything and if it was disabled it would be disabled too after update. You can read this topic for some additional information (there is a post from Patrick too), maybe there is something that I don't pay much attention for.
