Those quotes on the terminal

What's the name of the package that displays those random quotes on the terminal? I've search here, google and in kpackage, but I can't find the name of it

It should be fortune, packaged into some games section on many distros. Check this thread

The package is bsd-games, it is added to the console in one of the files in /etc/profile.d
