that was my "BlueTech" theme. I've recently been experimenting with the tiling features of openbox. theyre kinda tough to set up, but i'm getting the hang of it pretty quickly (thats why the windows in my current theme have no buttons)
youll have to theme the window interiors yourself; i just used qtcurve with the KDE theme Obsidian Coast (its installed by default in slackware), but with the gray of the windows chosen to match the gray of the openbox border.

i always wondered how to make the qt apps match the gtk ones. i facepalmed after reading this. (duh, its is systemsettings :/ )
