all the way to the right is conky (you have config files a few pages before this one) and wallpaper is quran

That's why! I have a qur'an (I am not muslim) at my house. Just compared the picture.

What is Lua and can conky compile without it?

I think .conkyrc is written in lua now, so my guess is you really need it.
http://www.lua.org/download.html is where the lua source is.
Once you build it with
make linux
you can build conky after
export LUA51_CFLAGS="-I$WHERE_LUA_SRC_IS"
export LUA51_LIBS="-L$WHERE_LUA_SRC_IS -llua"

thanks for the info, but i used a slackbuild that worked (with said dependencies in it's README).
