SWAT problem after upgrading to slack 9.0

Hello to everybody!
Well, yesterday I decided to upgrade my Slack from 8.1 to 9.0.
Everything went very well EXCEPT 1 Thing:
When I tried to use SWAT (http://127.0.0.1:901) to configure my samba I got this message: " 401 Bad Authorization, username or password incorrect". I am absolutely sure that the username and pass which i give are both right. (it worked under slack 8.1)

This error occured under Mozilla, Opera and Konqueror. Also I run swat as root.

If someone of you has any idea what can I do to fix it, I would really be thankful.

See you around...

If the Samba package was a custom build, and not from the Slack package, then consider that it might be a build option to support MD5 encryption to read the /etc/shadow file.

If it is a Slack built package for 9.0 then you might want to look in the /usr/doc/samba-2.2.7 tree for more info regarding swat. It might be a newer version on the final, this version was from a copy of the current tree.
