svgalib error with 2.6.15.2 kernel

I compile the kernel, everything works perfectly, but when I run "seejpeg aaa.jpg" it gives me this error "svgalib mmap error rrr". Did i forgot to include something in the compilation of the kernel?

i think this may be to do with the version of svga lib
