SquirrelMail authenticate with system accounts

hi there,

i've got my mail server up and going for pop3 and imap as well as my apache web server and now i've install SquirrelMail and i can get to the long on page but thats as far as i can get, i've got imap/pop3 authenticating against my system accounts and i was wondering if there was a way i could get SquirrelMail to do the same?

ps: i'm still working on my samba as a domain controller and i can get NTconfig.pol to apply to my XP machines the NTConfig.pol is in the root dir of my netlogon share and nothing is accoring, i'm beginning to think maybe my NTconfig.pol file just dosn't work, although i've made server maybe i'm making them wrong, if anyone can help me out on this matter as well that would be great!

Slackware does not come with an LDAP server. You'll have to download a third party package or compile from source yourself. http://www.openldap.org provides the most popular one. Installation details included. I can't help you with the other question I'm afraid.
