Sound vanished after updating Slackware 14

No sound is coming in my Slackware 14. Few days ago before updating slackware sound was ok, but now its gone. And this message comes at start up!

Code:

KDE detected that one or more internal devices were removed.
Do you want KDE to permanently forget about these devices?
This is the list of devices KDE thinks can be removed:
Capture: HDA Intel, ALC665 Analog (Default Audio Device)
Output: HDA Intel, ALC665 Analog (Default Audio Device)
Output: HDA Intel, HDMI 0 (HDMI Audio Output)

On hovering over where the volume control was says,
"Mixer cannot be found"

And the ontification says
Code:

The audio playback device HDA Intel (ALC665 Analog) does not work.
Falling back to .

how do i get my sound back?
