A friend of mine also got the same problem, he just told me it was because there's no
jumper plugged on the motherboard.

I heard people say most of the motherboards are jumperless and most of the distros run fine on them. What do you think, does it make any sense?
Do I have to open my CPU and plug some jumpers on my motherboard?
