some slackware packages

i've made some .tgz packages with checkinstall on 9.1, kernel 2.6.5, if anyone wants to try them.
http://slackhack.homelinux.net/slackpacks/ i've never done this before so i can't vouch for *anything,* so you use them at your own risk. but with that obligatory disclaimer out of the way, if you try them and would like to give some feedback, i'd appreciate it (especially if they work ).

available so far:
Code:
MPlayer-1.0pre3try2-i686-1.tgz 04-May-2004 16:15 3.6M
giFTcurs-0.6.2-i686-1.tgz 04-May-2004 16:17 119k
gimp-2.0.1-i686-1.tgz 04-May-2004 16:15 9.5M
gqview-1.4.3-i686-1.tgz 04-May-2004 16:17 628k
gtoaster1.0Beta6-i686-1.tgz 04-May-2004 16:17 330k
hydrogen-0.8.2-i686-1.tgz 04-May-2004 16:17 2.0M

"and would like to give some feedback"

I think that you should set up a description page so that when people find your site through Google they will know what it is. Something like this:

http://users.rcn.com/srstites/rpm.we...edora.rpm.html

You can register your site with Google here:

http://www.google.com/addurl.html
