Some error messages launching chromium(4.0.269.0 (build34401))

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Code:
% LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 chrome-wrapper
/home/grissiom/chrome-linux/chrome: /usr/lib64/libpng12.so.0: no version information available (required by /home/grissiom/chrome-linux/chrome)
/home/grissiom/chrome-linux/chrome: /usr/lib64/libz.so.1: no version information available (required by /home/grissiom/chrome-linux/chrome)
/home/grissiom/chrome-linux/chrome: /usr/lib64/libpng12.so.0: no version information available (required by /home/grissiom/chrome-linux/chrome)
/home/grissiom/chrome-linux/chrome: /usr/lib64/libz.so.1: no version information available (required by /home/grissiom/chrome-linux/chrome)
1,Is that serious?(Chromium popup and run so the answer maybe no)
2,Is it a bug in Chromium or Slackware?
