In stead of asking redundant questions, you better check out the answer yourself: http://bit.ly/YcRzhq

just to be clear and redundant the answer is yes but I will need the feh package and it can be installed using the pkgtool that comes with slackware 14.0. i will also need giblib and imlib2 (packages or files) in order for feh to work?

Yes. And install imlib2, then giblib, then feh.

Just in case you haven't checked there yet, you can get them all at Slackbuilds.org.

Are you talking about with or without X running?

Perhaps at this point it is wise to read some documentation for a better conceptual view on compiling 3rd party software with Slackware. Start here: http://docs.slackware.com/howtos:sla...es_with_sbopkg

@ Alien Bob thank you. simply put in this case feh is the package and imlib2.sqf then giblib.sqf are dependenices(or queuefiles) that sbopkg will compile and install? probly redundant but thats the concept? still have a lot of reading to do...
