Slax - how to install it to the USB partition

I am pretty much intrigued about Slax, which claims that it can be used off a USB pen drive, but so far I've found absolutely *no* instructions on the official Slax site as to how to create a bootable pen drive.

I googled around a bit and found this utility:
http://myslax.bonsonno.org/about.php

But it seems to be a Windows tool and I don't have Windows machine now. Is there any way that one can create a Slax bootable USB drive?

I would like to know this before I download Slax, because I definitely do not want to yet another Live CD.

OK, with a bit more digging I found this link:

There are also some good HOWTOs on the Slax Forum Page.
