slapt-get not calling /etc/slapt-getrc

I've edited the file /etc/slapt-getrc to download from a mirror. When ever I run

slapt-get --upgrade

slapt-get tries to download from I'm not sure if I botched the installation a long time ago or what. Why doesn't slapt-get try to download from a mirror?

I'm not acquainted with slapt-get (I use swaret in place of it) but I thought the conf file was /etc/slapt-get/slapt-getrc, and the mirror had to be edited in something like this
