slackware64-13.1 : xfce terminal unable to set title
 

When I try to set titles for different tabs in xfce terminal, the new titles would show up as I type, but revert back to untitled when I press "close" in the "set title" window. Is there a fix for this issue? thanks.

I've seen this problem but I haven't looked into fixing this yet. There is a patch posted just yesterday that might help. Let me know if it works:

Sorry for leaving it to yourself to try this patch. I finally got around to trying it, and it appears that it does not fix this. Since it is similar to the preferences dialog problem in ver 0.4.4 (because of new GTK), I think that I should file a bug report and track it down.
