Hello all
I have recently tried to install Slackware on my machine. I have an Intel i810 motherboard that has onboard video. I also have a 16Mb Voodoo3 2000 PCI video card installed (which my monitor is connected too). Now, I can install it no problem and it starts up with no problem. But right when it goes into an actual GUI, my monitor loses the signal (Im assuming it is using the onboard video as opposed to my PCI card).
Why would it be doing this and how can I go about fixing it? I have looked though my BIOS and I dont have the option of disabling it (at least I cant find it). I installed mandrake and all was fine... but I want to try Slackware and cant get it working.
