How 'bout a good 'ole fashioned coffee mug? Nothing fancy, just something that says Slackware on it and can hold my morning java.

In lieu of that, I'd have to get the bottle opener for my second favorite beverage; and a shirt of course!

You know, Pat has a cafepress outlet where he sells some stuff, but only descorated with the "flippy logo". There are mugs, too. See http://www.cafepress.co.uk/volkerdi

I checked that "flippy logo" style Slack stuff.

That font is not easily readable.
First the people are not much familiar with Slackware,
and now they can't easily read the name too...

This mug would be sweet with the regular logo!

I can't help it but I actually liked the "flippy" logo. But I will admit it didn't look "serious" enough for slackware and I can see why some slackers didn't like it.

I finally bought the pipe-smoking penguin with my subscription this time

And I threw in a few bottle openers and a "serious" Slackware T-Shirt.
The bottle opener is a key chain and, even if the logo wears off after a while, they're so cheap you can buy a few with every new release of Slackware

It all arrived really fast here in Rio.

And by the way, I never had problems in getting answers by e-mail from the store.

In these politically-correct, health-conscious times I'm surprised the pipe-smoking penguin is still allowed. Maybe Big Brother hasn't spotted it yet?

Hi,

Thankfully that's one place the 'Change' hasn't touched.

Does anyone know *what* the penguin is smoking?
I don't know, but his happy smile makes me think...

It still doesn't say exactly what habafropzipulops is. I think it's - more or less - Tibetan shrooms
