Is the rest of your network configuration working? If so this would be a great question to ask in the Dropline forums. Everyone over there is great at helping get to the bottom of these problems and the Dropline creator, Tod, is really good at figuring it out. It might turn out that you've discovered a bug in the updater, which has been pretty buggy lately.
