Slackware PPTP How-to [Request]

Hello fellow slackers,

in the dark ages of the Swedish "gestapo" like anti-piracy bureau it's important to try to remain anonymous on the net. I scouted SlackBuilds and found out about this PPTP protocol, but after what seemed like hours without success I'm turning my humble face towards the more experienced users out there.

If you have used this protocol before and know how to configure it I would be glad for an How-to, and I'm sure that other people will appreciate it.

You're really barking up the wrong tree with PPTP; it's not the best protocol for encypting your communications. Basically, it's a weak encryption technique that has native support in Microsoft operating systems. Not only that, but it's patent encumbered. You'd be much better off using OpenVPN.

Of course, if what you really need it complete anonymity online, you want to use something like TOR instead.
