Slackware mirror absolutehosting.net is old

For me, https://mirrors.slackware.com/slackw...ime=1501117382 redirects to http://mirrors.absolutehosting.net/p...ime=1501117382, and the latest update on that mirror was May 16th 2017. I have an RSS feed of 14.2 stable and current in Thunderbird, and whenever I check the details on current I always see the same Changelog dated Tue May 16 2017. Can absolutehosting.net be removed from the list of Slackware mirrors, or the maintainer contacted to fix the problem?

Note that for 14.2-stable, I get redirected to mirrors.xmission.com, which is always up to date.

yeah I submitted a dead mirror link once, then thought about it, it seems like a waite of time seeing that this does not get upgraded that often to a new mirror list to get done,

I just comment out then ones don't work and go to next line and try that one, fingers crossed.

I disabled that mirror for now and will check on it periodically. As far as I can tell, there's no good way for mirrorbrain to tell if a mirror is out of date, at least not given the layout of the slackware tree.

BW-userx, if nobody tells me that mirrors are out-of-date/bad/whatever, then the problems don't get addressed.
