Slackware live CD wireless network questions...

Hey, i'm a bit of a noob with these live CD distros... i'm trying to get a slackware live cd to recognize my wireless USB adapter. Its the Microsoft USB Adapter MN-510. Whenever i boot up into slackware it doesnt recognize the adapter is present, how do i get it to recognize its there? Then how do i get it to work?

Can you clear up what you mean by 'Slackware Live CD'? Are you trying to boot up from the second CD of Slackware, or are you using a Slackware based live cd, such as SLAX (although based on Slackware, it is not Slackware).

Sorry, its a slackware based live-cd. I suppose these live cd's dont have all the drivers on them that the normal installs do?
