Slackware Fan/Cooler Control on Toshiba U505

Hi there!
So, my pain story: I installed Slackware 14.2 stable on Toshiba U505. Upgraded with slackpkg to Kernel 4.4.75.
When I was at 4.4.14 Fan maked a lot of noise but kept cpu cool (~40-45 degrees Celsius). But after (kernel) upgrade it become very silent and notebook very hot.
How to make fan to work noisy (efficient) again?

I'm not good with fan control but these links look like a start.
