Oh yeah. I remember now. I got that reply, thought it referred to the "ordinary" members' mailing list. Sent an email to Eric asking what was going on, got a reply saying I had the post, THEN I had to get on the admin mailing list. Sorry, my mistake.

I beat you on that. Over 62. And I'm confident you won't be able to catch up to me

I aspire to 62, Didier, but you are, of course, correct. I will never overtake you.

Sorry, NyteOwl. There is no full-time staff. We all have lives outside of this project. We have received your email, and emails of all the other folks who have inquired. Thanks for you interest and offers of assistance, but please be patient. All applications for staff positions are being considered at this time. Alien Bob or kikinovak will most likely contact you soon.

Regards,

~Eric

That wasn't in any way a complaint or whatever. Just commenting to someone else's comment on where the e-mail link was.

Maybe this thread could be renamed "SlackDocs" and stickied?

Sounds good to me. It'll be easy to revisit for old (not necessarily in age)slackers and easy to find for new (regardless of their age) LQ members.

@ Brian - Heh!

Yes to the sticky and rename, but please use the proper name for the project --> Slackware Linux Documentation Project
