It possible to add Ukrainian language to wiki project for translations ?

Yes, it is both possible and welcome. (A willing group of contributors would help!)
The process requires:
1. Making a request to the admins via e-mail to the address shown at http://docs.slackware.com/slackdocs:contact
2. Being prepared to follow the translation guidelines. http://docs.slackware.com/slackdocs:translation_guide
