Question Slackware distcc adduser

Hi !

I would like to know the proper way to add a distcc user, if a group is needed, their default uid/gid etc.

I've just noticed the daemon runs under uid 91 gid 91 for me (both called distcc), but i can't find a configuration setting for it. Maybe it's hardcoded.

It also runs in a lower scheduling class (SCHED_IDLEPRIO) and with ionice 3 in order not to impact the desktop user on all those machines that offer compilation services in the LAN.

@kiki: cool writeup
