SlackBuilds.org, however, needs a testing period to make sure.
For me libbonobo doesn't build. The error is:
In file included from client.c:33:0:
../bonobo-activation/bonobo-activation-private.h:34:1: error: unknown type name 'GStaticRecMutex'
extern GStaticRecMutex _bonobo_activation_guard;
make: *** [client.o] Error 1
Obviously it needs a patch because of the newer glib2 that comes with Slackware 14.1.
Does anybody know how the subscription works? I got a DVD subscription with 14.0 last year, does that mean I'll automatically get a copy of 14.1 in the mail? How do I check to make sure my credit card info is up to date?
By the way, big thanks to Pat and the team! Slackware ended my distro-hopping adventures, and now I can't wait to be the old guy in a few decades saying "Kids, I've been using Slackware since 14.0 -- Back in the 2010s! Now get off my lawn!".
